We are pleased to offer a table top exhibits program and sponsor packages. A very limited number of table top exhibits will be available for ISHRS’s  European World Live Surgery Masters Workshop in Athens (“EURO2020”), scheduled to take place June 12-14, 2020, in REA Hospital, Athens Greece. In light of the limited number of table top exhibits available, the EURO2020 Organizing Committee (O.C.) urges companies to submit their Application at their earliest opportunity. Exhibitor's Fee includes:

  • 1 exhibit table with 2 chairs for June 12-14, 2020
  • Welcome Cocktail, Dinner Party (for up to 2 Exhibitor representatives)
  • Listing on WLSW website, www.2018wlswdubai.org 
  • Listing in program materials 

ADDITIONAL TERMS:

      • This Application is for table top exhibits only.
      • A maximum of 2 company representatives is permitted at each Exhibitor’s exhibit table.
      • Exhibition is scheduled to proceed on Friday/June 12, 2020, till Sunday/June 14, 2020.
      • We intend for the exhibition to occur in the REA Hospital.
      • The EURO2020 O.C. has arranged a block of rooms at the Hotel for attendees and exhibitors to reserve on their own.
      • The EURO2020 O.C. will notify Exhibitors regarding table sizes. Exhibitors may wish to ship exhibit items to their representatives’ rooms at the hotel, or carry the items with them. Any delivery, storage, or related costs are the Exhibitors’ sole responsibility.
      • Standard hospital ambient lighting will be provided. Additional lighting or electrical requests are the Exhibitor’s responsibility. The EURO2020 O.C meeting planner will contact each Exhibitor to confirm the details of its planned exhibit along with any additional associated services/costs.
